Privacy Policy for Merge Conflict: Survivor

Welcome to Merge Conflict: Survivor ("the Game"). Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you play our mobile game.

1. Data Collection and Usage

A. Information Collected Automatically

When you access the Game, we (and our third-party partners) may collect certain information automatically to provide the service and improve performance:

  • Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (e.g., IDFA or Android Ad ID), and language settings.

  • Usage Data: Game progress, high scores, session duration, and interactions with game features.

  • Technical Data: IP address (truncated for privacy) and crash logs to help us fix bugs.

B. Third-Party Services (Advertising and Analytics)

The Game uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

  • Google AdMob: Used to serve advertisements. AdMob may use your advertising ID to provide personalized ads. You can opt-out of personalized advertising in your Android device settings.

  • Firebase/Google Analytics: Used to understand how players interact with the Game and to monitor app stability.

2. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & GDPR Compliance)

Merge Conflict: Survivor is intended for a general audience. However, we recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of children:

  • We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or the relevant age in your jurisdiction).

  • If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

  • Advertisements served within the Game are configured to be "Family Friendly" and comply with Google Play's Families Policy.

3. Data Storage and Retention

We do not maintain a private server for user accounts; most game data (such as local high scores) is stored directly on your device. Any data processed by our third-party partners (like AdMob) is retained according to their respective privacy policies.

4. Permissions

The Game may request the following permissions:

  • Internet Access: Required to load advertisements and fetch game updates.

  • Network State: To check if you are connected to the internet before attempting to load ads.

5. Your Rights and Choices

  • Opt-out of Ads: You can reset or limit your Advertising ID through your device’s "Google Settings" > "Ads" menu.

  • Data Deletion: Since we do not use accounts, simply uninstalling the Game will remove all local data from your device.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top.
